We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2024, at the age of 88, Elizabeth Heaton of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Heaton; her parents, Taft Rankin and Ethel Rankin; and her brothers, Bob Rankin and Pete Rankin.

She is survived by: her children, Maxine Harter (Richard) of Hixson, Teresa Steele (Ford) of Hixson and Mike Heaton of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Chris Reid (Rebekah) of Lenoir City, Jared Reid (Stephanie) of West Union, Kyle Reid (Ericka) of West Union, Amanda Jennings (Dyar) of Spartanburg and Ryan Heaton (Katie) of Decatur, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Isabella Reid, Matthew Reid, Luke Reid, Jackson Reid, Arley Jennings, Carter Reid, Violet Heaton, Riley Heaton, Bethany McKelvey and Melanie McKelvey; and her brother Bill Rankin of Greenville. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
