She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Eugene "Gene" Bearden, Jr.; her parents, John Waters and Maybell Waters; her sisters, Vera Purcell (Edwin) and Geraldine Bell (Bobby); and her great grandchild Hayley Bearden.
She is survived by: her children, Rex Bearden (Debbie), Ronnie Bearden, Barbara Gravett (Larry) and Karen Worley (Steve); and her siblings, J. C. Waters (Carolyn), L. D. Waters (Ruth), Delano Waters, Irene Satterfield and Pearl Noles (Woody). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
