He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Sr. Womack and Sarah Womack; and his daughter Kathy Frost. He is survived by: his wife Doris Womack; his children, Janice Ware (Steve), Tim Womack (Jeanetta) and Carol Cooper (Brian); and his grandchildren, Jaimy Ware, Kristy Kohlman, Jason Frost, Lori Frost, John Cooper, Daniel Cooper, Brandon Cooper and Amy Womack. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 4 great grandson; several nieces, nephews.
