She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Hatmaker; and her siblings, Patricia Smith, Princess Moon and William Jones. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Holloway (Scott) and Elizabeth Flanigan; her granddaughter Victoria Hatmaker; and her caregiver Peggy Fowler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Salem Baptist Church (9806 Dallas Hollow Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Polly's memory to New Salem Baptist Church or Hospice of Chattanooga.
