He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Jenkins and Artie Jenkins; and his siblings, Nina Sue, Charles "Ronnie", Stanley "Dean" and Richard "Ricky" Jenkins.

He is survived by: his wife Delia; his daughters, Kimberly Jenkins, Karen Westfall (Mike) and Devona Davis (Pete); his grandchildren, Erica Gardner (Zach), Bailey Jinnette and Colby Davis; and his siblings, Tommy (Cathy), Jerry (Fran), Thomas Dwight Jenkins and Carolyn Langley (JR). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
