With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Sims of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, who passed away on January 30, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Inge Sims; his parents, Earl Otto and Lillie Martin Sims; and his siblings, Riley Sims, Wendell Sims, Doug Sims, Nina Stewart, Wanda Brown and Vivian Sea.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Sims Parton; his sister Rosemary Stuart; his sister-in-law Brenda Sims; his nephew Sean Sims (Julie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren, Braden and Gage. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
