He is survived by: his wife Judith Lynn Baker; his son Charles Ricky Baker, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Cristy Baker; his son Jamey Ray Baker; his daughter-in-law Jillian Baker; and his daughter Merry Jane Pugh. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several sister, brothers, nieces nephews and friends.
