He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl and Jessie Mae Mason Spain. He is survived by: his sons, Carl W. Spain (Stephanie) and Steve F. Spain (LeAndra); his close friend Teresa Bynum; his children, Shannon Mull (Kelly) and Blaine Morgan (Lori); his grandchildren, Brandon Spain, Christa Spain, Justin Spain (Ashton), Tiffany Spain (Tanner), Nick Spain (Raelynne) and Jack Vineyard; and the mother of his children Sandra Larimer. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
