She is survived by: her husband Steve Burchard; her sons, Jonathan Linebarger and Dustin Burchard; her mother Inez Smith; and her siblings, Sharon Kerns (Raymond), Patsy Holdefer (Steve), Debbie Smith (Steve), Melinda Bice (Jim), Amy Walden (Mike), Marvin Smith (Dorothy), Rick Smith (Carolyn), Mike Smith (Donna) and Stanton (Karen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews extended family and many friends.
