He is survived by: his wife Presta "Sue" Neal; his children, Tracy Clark, Kelly (Johnny Howell), Billie (Robert Chambers) and Ray (Hank Goins); his sister Jackie Shipley; and his son-in-law Raymond McFarland. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews & extended family.
