He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Uren and Pauline Uren; his grandmother Alice Higgins; his brother Bob Uren; and his nephew Kimbal Uren.
He is survived by: his wife Delorese "Lois" Uren; his children, Randy Stallings (Susan) of North Carolina, Kristie Ericson (Scott) of Soddy-Daisy and Sandy Schreeder (Mick) of Hixson; his grandchildren, Jimmy Stallings, Sean Stallings (Emily) and Megan Stallings West; and his great grandchild Olivia West of North Carolina. He is also survived by 2 nephews and 3 nieces.
