She was predeceased by: her children, Lisa Bell and Travis Mincey; her parents, Hazel Thompson and Stancel Thompson; and her siblings, Charles, Roger, Russell Thompson, Mildred Smith and Wanda Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Larry" Dixon; her children, Troy Mincey and Melody Ricketts; and her siblings, Sue Creasman, Shirley Thompson, Cecil Thompson (Sharon) and David Thompson (Faye). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
