She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Rhea (Trent) and Louis Rhea; her husband Otis Mullins; her siblings, Ianel Burns, Winnie Collins, Veda Buttry, LJ Rhea, Ruby Seals, Garrett Rhea and Palmer Rhea; her great grandchild Michael Anthony Mullins; and her daughter-in-law Linda Mullins.
She is survived by: her sons, Lowell Mullins (Sandra), Lyle Mullins and Larry Mullins; her grandchildren, Toby Mullins, Jeff Mullins (Ginger), Sonia Horton (Mitch), Marty Mullins (Angie), Chad Mullins, Melanie Stanifer (Jamie), Scarlett Horton (Jody) and Loran Mullins (Josh Keaton); and her sister-in-law Kate Rhea. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McNeil Funeral Home (124 Church St, Sneedville, TN 37869). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Mullins Cemetery.
