It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Penn Seal (Sneedville, Tennessee), who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Seal and Nannie "Mae" Seal; his wife Lila Jean Wolfe Seal; and his siblings, Brenda Seal and Clark Seal.
He is survived by: his children, Winston Seal, Lori Dalton (Jeff) of Thorn Hill, Charlton Seal (Brooke) of Blountville and Lana Counts (Stephen) of Johnson City; his grandchildren, Will, Hayden, Anna Dalton, London, Marlo Seal and Lydia Counts; his siblings, Kenneth Seal (Glenda), Clint Seal, Jr., Curtis Seal (Vickie), Tony Seal (Pat), Jeff Seal (Tammy), Ruth Greene (Dean), Marjorie Thompson (Jim), Dorothy Burchett (R. C.), Wanda Dalton (Roger) and Debbie Ramsey (Harold Dean); and his sister-in-law Annelle Brewer Seal. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, special friends.
