She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Hurley; her parents, Grant Livesay and Madge Livesay; and her siblings, Carl, George Livesay, Zelma Livesay and Lois Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Hurley (LaDonna) and Jody Hurley; her grandchildren, Blake Hurley (Rachel), Holly Hurley, Jordan Wormsley (Mary Katherine) and Parker Wormsley (Brandi Gordon); her great grandchildren, Willa Hurley, Haynes Hurley, Carson Hurley, Ruie Wormsley, Mary Elliott Wormsley and Mercer Wormsley; and her siblings, Vivian White (Marion) and Tommy Livesay (Judy). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
