He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy Rhea; his grandparents, Lee and Katherine Rhea; his parents, William Rhea (Bill) and Lucille Rhea; his girlfriend Pam Mullins; his son Kenneth Rhea (Pam Barnett); his sisters, Billie Rhea Phillips, Sylvia Johnson (S. L.) and Shelly Reed (Kenny); his grandchildren, Kendra Mitchell (Morgan), Kieara Rhea, Seth Heck, Aleigha Neeley, Payton Neeley, Jaxon Neeley, Kaylee Collins, Kyleigh Nicley and Cole Ferguson; his great grandchildren, Zayden Baker, Waylon Mitchell and Saylor Reed; his stepchildren, Elissa Neeley (Tootie), Shelly Ferguson and Johnny Neeley; his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Polk, Kimberly Miller, James Cowan and Brian Johnson; and his close friends, Doug Seal, Dwight Snodgrass, Terry Seal and Tony Seal.
