He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Swiney and Laura Swiney (Davidson); and his sister Evelyn Harmon. He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Hatfield; his children, Lisa Middleton (Larry Quillen) and Joseph Swiney (Suzanne Roberts); his grandchildren, Kena Sizemore (Josh) and Leah Middleton; his great grandchildren, Whitney, Dylan, Gabby, Joslyn and Emelya; his stepchildren, Jay Bunch (Jacqueline), Justin Bunch and Kayla Smith (Bradley); his stepgrandchildren, Cassandra Lawson (Brandon), Bud Bunch (Katya), Alexis, Sadie Bunch, Aza, Aison and Jace Smith; and his sister Margaret Hill.
