He was predeceased by: his parents, Catron Ramsey and Mae Louthan Ramsey Campbell; his stepfather Taylor Campbell; his siblings, Odell Seegraves (Beecher), Leon Ramsey, Joann Crumley (Oral) and Howard Ramsey (Lucy); his daughter Gail Thacker (Jim); and his grandson Shane Thacker.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene Ramsey; his children, Kenneth Ramsey Jr., Kimberly Seal (Wayne), Mona Holt (Keith) and Melissa Ramsey (Michael); his grandchildren, Jared Thacker (Marie), Brianna Spillman (Jason), Carley Seal, Meghan Holt, Hunter Holt, Michael Wade Ramsey and Skylar Ramsey; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Brayden, Kali, Ryleigh of Ashton, AJ, Ivy-Jayde and Maverick; and his sister-in-law Rachel Ramsey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
