She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Joseph Collins and Monroe Williams; and her father Randy Collins (Ashley). She is survived by: her mother Tammy Williams (Jamie Holt); her brothers, Blake Collins (Shasta Cope) and Hunter Collins; her grandmother Rachel Collins; her nieces, Haleigh and Neveah Collins; her nephew Adrian Collins; her uncle Carl Williams; and her pet LuLu. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles & cousins.
