He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Holt Jones; his parents, Lester Jones and Virginia Jones; his grandparents, Frank, Lua Jones, Albert and Orpha Johnson; and his brother Larry Jones.
He is survived by: his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Megan Jones of Whitesburg Tn; his granddaughter Landrie Jones of Whitesburg Tn; and his nieces, Susan Hubbard and Linda Hodges (Allen).
