She was predeceased by: her husband John Henry Perry; her children, Kathy Walker, Kenny "Big Moose" Perry, Michael Perry, Wayne Perry and Fay Perry; and her great grandchild Brayden Travis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Helton (Steven) of Sneedville and Wanda Perry (Wayne Seal) of Sneedville. She is also survived by Several brothers, sisters, nieces & nephews.
