He was predeceased by: his siblings, Doris Leamon and William L. Costello. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Costello (Baker); his son David M. Costello (Diane); his grandchildren, Thomas Coluccio (Ali) and Samantha Iversen (Michael); his great grandchildren, Landon, Carly, Isabelle and Oscar; his brother Robert Costello (Connie); and his niece Dawn Bagley.
