We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2022, at the age of 79, Bessie Sue Carter of Sneedville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Carter; her parents, Milum Fleenor and Verdie Fleenor; her siblings, Betty Lou Fleenor, Elsie Kate, Callie Fugate (R. D.), Nina Richardson (Carl), Henry "Dick" Fleenor (Annie) and Willie Thomas "Bud" Fleenor; and her brothers-in-law, Foye Stewart and Donald Davidson.

She is survived by: her sisters, Julie Stewart of Sneedville and Inez Davidson Stiles (Robert) of Cleveland, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
