J. Setsor; and his nephews, Trevor Collins, Chris Mullins and Dustin Johnson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Mullins Collins (Roger) of Sneedville, Carolyn Mullins of Sneedville, Shelby Mullins of Sneedville and Billy E. Mullins (Agnelo) of Washington, DC.; his aunt Evelyn Mullins of Church Hill; and his nieces and nephews, Deirdre, Carlotta, Clarissa, Skyla Marie, Abigail, Ashley, Joshua, Jacob, Cole, Dominic and Eric A.
