She was predeceased by: her parents, Ishmael Dean and Emma Gladys Sturgeon; and her siblings, Dean Wesley Sturgeon and Mary Elizabeth Sturgeon Rice. She is survived by: her children, Janet Culbertson Hosea, Jimmy Culbertson (Karen) and Jennifer Culbertson; her grandsons, Seth Wesley (Linda) and Jace Hosea; her great grandchildren, Mason and Henry Wesley; her niece Kelly Sturgeon Rogers; her nephew Jeremiah Rice (Stephanie); and her great-nephews, Wesley Rogers, Alex, Braden and Ashton Rice.
