He is survived by: his brother Stephen Hale; his wife Diana Allen McCormick; his children, Tyler McCormick of LaVergne, TN, Jordan McCormick of LaVergne, TN and Ashley McCormick of Smyrna; his grandchildren, Annabelle McCormick and Abigalle McCormick; his siblings, Allen McCormick (Briana) of Manchester, TN and Christa Nichols (Nick) of LaVergne, TN; his parents-in-law, Bobby Allen of North Carolina and Judy Allen of California; and his children, Sebastian, Sabienne, Jasmine, Cheyenne and Shiloh.
