He is survived by: his wife Janet; his son Michael Hollandsworth; his grandchildren, Austin Richard (Summer), Lilly Hollandsworth and Maggie Hollandsworth; his great grandchild Hensley Richard; his siblings, Paul Hollandsworth (Juanita), Maedean Lester and Betty Hammond; and his sister-in-law Kathy Hollandsworth.
