He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund L. Lewis and Nell Hall Lewis. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Wayne Lewis (Ramona); his nephews, Kyle Lewis and Timothy Lewis (Lindsey); and his great-nephew Troy Lewis.
