He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Crutcher; his parents, Melvin Crutcher and Frances Wilson Crutcher; and his brother Steve Crutcher. He is survived by: his children, Trey Crutcher, Jr. (Laura) of Smyrna and Mechell Mayhew (Bryan) of Reliance, TN.; his grandchildren, Chase Mayhew (Santana) of Murfreesboro, Chelsea Luckett (Jordan) of Murfreesboro and Andrew Crutcher of Smyrna; his great grandchildren, Braelyn and Eliyanah Mayhew; and his siblings, Sherrie Dean (Arnold) of Virginia, Karen Bachelor of LaVergne and Barry Crutcher.
