He is survived by: his parents, Gregg Elkins and Sonya Elkins (Carroll); his children, Kobey Elkins and Jaxon Elkins; his sister Brittany Owens (Bryce); his grandmother Carolyn Boldrey; his nieces and nephews, Sebastian McCain, Aubrey McCain and Klayton McCain; and his close friend Keith Jones. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
