She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Bess, Sr. and Margaret Barrett Carter. She is survived by: her husband Mark "Buddy" Moreau; her daughter Brandy Hankey (Jim); her siblings, William "Bill" Bess, Jr. (Norma), Tony Bess (Melissa), William A. Bess, Shannon Williams (Steven) and Jeri Ford (Jesse); her mother-in-law Maryanne Moreau; and her siblings-in-law, Matt Moreau (Kathy), Kelley Arrington (Chris), Susan Arrington (Gregg) and Joan Tomlinson. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
