He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive father Joseph (Catherine Kinney); his daughter Jacqueline Ito; his granddaughters, Charlotte Aiko and Marlene Ren; his birth mother Marion Dunn; and his child Tenase Brave.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Woodfin Chapel (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
It was around this time that Joe began intensive treatment for Parkinson's disease.
