She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulva Colbert and Mamie Colbert; her husband James T. Brim; and her siblings, Ted Colbert, Katherine and Inez.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Brim (Rhonda), Jack Brim (Jan) and Janice Elliott (Mike); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Julia, Philip, Michele and Sean; her great grandchildren, Ella, Emma, Evelyn, Jackson-Paul, Harrison and Easton; and her sister-in-law Ruth Colbert. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel - Smyrna (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
