He is survived by: his parent Louise Jernigan Lewis; his wife Joanna Ewell Lewis; his children, James Harvill (Mary Lou), Michael Lewis (Shawna), Nicholas Lewis (Vicki), Tracey Suzzi (Tony), Stephanie Hayes (Jeff) and Stephen Lewis; and his brothers, Gary Lewis and Mark Lewis (Debbie).
