It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Wise of Smyrna, Tennessee, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Nick Wise. He is survived by: his parents, Bob Wise and Peggy Wise; his wife Shauna Wise; his children, Cass Daugherty, Madison Wise, Triston Wise and Jaelyn Wise; his granddaughter Jax Wray; and his siblings, Tim Wise, Rob Wise, Chris Wise, Carla West (Les) and Amber Huggins (Charles). He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Luke Catholic Church (10682 Old Nashville Hwy, Smyrna, TN 37167). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 3:15 PM at the Mapleview Cemetery (411 Maple St, Smyrna, TN 37167).
