He was predeceased by: his parents, Sion Everette Evans and Cora Corinne McMillen Evans; his wife Shirley Frances Prince Evans; his son David Evans; and his siblings, Robert Carlton Evans, Ruby Allenne Davis and Betty Frances Evans.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Robert "Danny" Evans (Cara); his grandchildren, Shelby Evans, Ben Evans (Kelsea) and Alyssa Evans; his great grandchildren, Emerson Evans and Pippa Evans; and his half-brother Charles Everette Evans.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rock Springs Baptist Church (2155 Rock Springs Rd, Greenbrier, TN 37073).
