Earl Ray left this world on December 19, 2024 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Harm Rich and Mandy Mae Stacy Rich; and his siblings, James Martin Rich, Edwinda Nash (Rich), Lorene Kirby (Rich) and Janie Minnear (Rich).
He is survived by: his wife Ching Rich (Linda) of Smyrna, TN; his daughter Susie Chambers (Bob) of Smyrna, TN; and his grandchildren, Alex Chambers, Jodi Chambers Brothers, Johnny Rich and John G. Savage Earl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home (120 Bockman Way, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of ceremonial flowers a donation in the memory of Earl can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
