We bid farewell to Delores Willoughby of Smyrna, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 14, 2025 at the age of 89. Delores touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alsup and Dezzie Garner Alsup; her husband Robert Willoughby; and her siblings, Dennon Alsup, J. W. Alsup, Loyd Alsup and Geneva Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Ginger Ura (Jay), Bobby Kim Willougby, Rhonda Andrews (Scott) and Stephen Willoughby; her grandchildren, Kimberly Baldwin (John), April Gerard (J. R.), Christopher Smotherman, Matthew Smotherman, Todd Smotherman (Mauranda), Alyssa James (Nick), Matthew Orton, Connor Willoughby, Anna Willoughby, Jordan McComas and Kyra Whitaker; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Jessica, Hannah, Hailey, Elias, Riley and Winter; her close friend Harold Dale; and her sister-in-law Joye Alsup. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Woodfin Memorial Chapel (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alive Hospice or the charity of your choice in memory of Mrs. Willoughby.
