He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fonderwhite and Ruth Fonderwhite. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Folks (Gennifer), Jack Fonderwhite (Harleigh), Samantha Greer (Joseph Scott) and Brandy Crutchfield (Shannon); his grandchildren, Brayden, Blake, Sydnee, Savanah and Samantha; and his siblings, Cindy Patterson (Tom) and Ricky Fonderwhite (Abby). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Woodfin Chapel (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). The military honors was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
