She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Roy and Mary Cathryn Wilson Durbin. She is survived by: her husband Stephen D. Qualls; her children, Christy Fleming (Ivan), Ashley Tidwell (Jimmy) and Michael S. Pagan; her grandchildren, Brittany Smith, Maddie Mounivong (T. J.), Radlee Smith, Alec Kounlavong (Regan), Meia Kounlavong, Kinsley Tidwell, Ryker Tidwell, Maverick Tidwell and Eli Tidwell; her great grandchildren, Daxton and Daylen Mounivong; and her siblings, Karen Meisenhelder (Mike), Mike Durbin (Ronnie) and Scott Durbin (Andrew).
