She was predeceased by: her parent Phillip Gotto. She is survived by: her parent Betty Lassiter Gotto; her son Phillip Heath (Amanda) of Dallas, TX; her sister Beverly Sloan (Mert) of Brentwood, TN; her grandchildren, Ashley Peach, Cody Peach, Patrick Heath (Alex), Jordan Heath, Mariann Weaver (Brian), Bridget and Trinity; and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Cooper and Madelyn.
