He is survived by: his wife Kathie Davenport of Smithville; his children, Danyelle Adcock (Shawn) of Smithville, Cody Davenport of Smithville and Josh Turner of Red Rock, TN; his grandchildren, Taylor Brooke Bain (Caleb) of Cookeville, Tyler Monette (Jasmine Yost) of Smithville and Angelina Davenport of Smithville; his sons, Brock Andrew Bain of Cookeville and Damon Michel Monette of Smithville; his sister Donna Ozment (Randy) of Watertown; and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Hullett Neal of Lebanon, Charles Nelson Hullett of Smithville and Ralph Hullet of Ind. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
