She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Johnson and Velma Clemons Johnson; her husband J. C. Griffin; her daughter Teresa Diane Griffin; and her siblings, Juanita Bates and Eddie Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Darlene Griffin; her grandchildren, Barry Alan Griffin, Krystal Nash and Tonya Nash; her siblings, Loretta Linder, Peggy Colwell, Louise Arnold and Kenneth Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Christopher Nash, Owen Price, Matthew Price, Jordan Tyler Qualls, James Thomas Qualls, Steven Qualls and Nicholas Gaige Qualls.
