She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvil Gambrell and Noralee Herron Gambrell; her husband Joe Wilkins; her sons, Frankie Wilkins and Eugene Wilkins; her grandsons, BJ (Bryan Jesse) and Steven Lack; and her great grandchildren, Jordan and Kaydence Goines.
She is survived by: her children, Luann Wilkins, Lisa Lack (Richard), Donna Landers and Matthew WIlkins (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Joey Sheets (Rachel), Brittney Young (Bruce), Whittney Goines (Randy), Camdyn and Coltyn Wilkins.
In addition to flowers, donations may be made to a Charity of your choice in memory of Ms. Polly.
