He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee and Ethal Elizabeth Young Pinegar; his children, David Wayne Pinegar and Debra Dunn; his children-in-law, Rhodessa Pinegar and Jimmy Beacham; his grandchildren, Percy Lee Pinegar, III and Layla Pinegar; and his siblings, Zelb Pinegar, Jim Pinegar, Frank Pinegar, Johnny Pinegar, Haddie Rozier and Jean Dyal.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pinegar of Smithville; his children, Percy Pinegar, Jr., Charles Pinegar (Melissa), Cindy Beacham and Johnny Lee Pinegar; his son-in-law Jimmy Dunn; his grandchildren, Kayla Hooper (Greg), Jimmie Lynn Wolfe (Kenneth), Billy Dunn (Lashonda), Jessica Steinback, Rebecca Steele, Jason Parsley (Misti), Chris Pinegar, Jessie Pinegar and Dillon Lee; and his great great grandchild Issiac Pinegar.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Webb Cemetery.
