He is survived by: his wife Opal Virginia Caldwell; his sons, Marcus Caldwell and Michael; his grandchildren, Ashly Caldwell, Drew, Shelby Caldwell and Isaac Caldwell; and his siblings, Ricky, Mildred Judkins, Jodie Cole, Patricia Graves and Evelyn.
