She is survived by: her father Robert Hoffmann; her husband David Mike Gay Sr. of Smithville; her daughter Heather Anderson (Jeramey) of Ooltewah; her stepson Mike Gay (Angie) of Alexandria; her grandchildren, Addison, Avery, AJ Anderson of Ooltewah and Michelle Gay Ward (Evan) of Alexandria; and her sister Kathy Halterman of Missouri.
