With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mitzi Anne Taylor (Smithville, Tennessee), who passed away on September 18, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. Crook and Autrey Clayton Crook; and her grandparents, Hattie Clayton, Ewing and Alta Crook.
She is survived by: her son Matthew Ryan Taylor of Dowelltown; her siblings, Bettye Crook of Dowelltown, Penny Lou Youngblood (Jay) of Lascassas and Jerry Crook (Brenda) of Smithville; and her nephew Jeremy Crook.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
