She was predeceased by: her parents, CJ Thomas and Helen Roberta Herron Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Hayley Trapp; her grandchildren, Hannah and Noah Culwell; and her siblings, Jeanette Irby (Caroll) of Smithville, Jan Long (Tommy) of Baxter, Dwight Thomas (Brenda) of Cookeville and Joey Thomas (Jamie) of Mt. Juliet.
