She was predeceased by: her father Richard John. She is survived by: her children, Jayson M. Schillaci of New York, Shannan Neal of New York, Amber Ferron (Daniel) of Texas and Karena Streamer of Smithville; her grandchildren, Jalynn, Gordon, Dawson, Gage, Addison, Ezra, Avery and Jayanna; her great-nephews, Javontae and Jaeden; her siblings, Rick Kaczmarek (Jenny), Todd Kaczmarek, Misti Martin (Lamar) and Johnny Kaczmarek; her friends, Ron and Sandy Carney; her aunt Sue Omans; and her former husband Michael Streamer.
